This spring, two new groups of HI coaches have been certified – one in Gothenburg and one in Stockholm. In total, there are now four certified groups across Sweden, and the next training session is planned for Malmö this autumn.
Interest in becoming a certified HI coach is growing. Following four successful training rounds – two in Stockholm and two in Gothenburg – a strong network is emerging of knowledgeable coaches who can support interior projects with a focus on reuse and circularity.
To make the training more accessible in southern Sweden, a new session is planned in Malmö later this year.
Why Are HI Coaches Needed?
Carrying out a sustainable interior project requires knowledge of methodology, collaboration, and practical tools. The HI coach plays a key role as advisor and process leader – from early needs assessments to inventory, procurement requirements, and follow-up.
Through the HI coach training, participants gain a deeper understanding of both the environmental benefits and the practical application of the Hållbar Interiör approach. The training provides tools to:
- Identify opportunities for reuse
- Lead projects with a focus on HI certification
- Strengthen collaboration between clients, interior architects, and suppliers
