Recurring every month, the first Wednesday between 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM each month.

How do we create interiors that not only look good but also do good? Sustainable Interior is Sweden’s first environmental certification that assesses the entire space based on defined environmental criteria.

The climate impact of buildings is often discussed in terms of their structure and building envelope, but research shows that emissions from interiors and their adaptations can be just as significant. With short lifecycles, renewed lease agreements, and spaces that are constantly changing, a paradigm shift is needed to reduce the carbon footprint.

In this webinar, Kristin Östberg, interior architect and CEO of Indicum, will explain how the certification works and how it can help interior designers and project managers make more sustainable choices in their projects.

What you’ll take away:
• An introduction to Sustainable Interior and how the certification works
• Insights on how spaces can be certified and the criteria involved
• How the digital platform Hint can support sustainability efforts
• Practical examples from projects that have already implemented the HI certification
