HI labelling of one premises

The HI label is awarded after RISE has verified that the organisation and the premises included meet the applicable Hållbar Interiör criteria.

Standard price: SEK 45,150 excluding VAT

Price for Hint users: SEK 38,100 excluding VAT

The prices above apply under the current RISE price list. A new price list will be published before Hållbar Interiör 2.0.1 takes effect on 8 January 2027.

Within Hållbar Interiör, premises are defined as an area within the same building over which one organisation has control. The premises may extend across several floors.

Plaque

Plaque for HI-labelled premises

An indoor plaque shows that the premises have been approved in accordance with the Hållbar Interiör criteria. Each plaque is made from wood offcuts from C&D’s joinery workshop and contains information about the premises and the verification.

Hint

Hint is a digital tool for inventories, climate data, documentation and monitoring within Hållbar Interiör.

Hint is offered as a subscription service. With the exception of the free trial, licences are valid for 12 months. Each person who needs to edit or change information requires a separate licence. Other project participants can be given access to view the information without making changes.

To purchase a licence, first create a Hint account. After the free trial, you can purchase a Project licence or a Professional licence from your account. An agreement for use of the service is entered into upon payment and is governed by the General Terms and Conditions for Hint.

Project licence

For users working with the HI labelling of one premises.

The Project licence includes:

  • access to all Hint functions required for working with one premises for 12 months
  • tools for collecting and managing documentation for the HI label
  • the option to give other project participants viewing access
  • the option to transfer documentation to the verification body

Each person who needs to edit or change information requires a separate licence.

Price: SEK 4,000 per user per year, excluding VAT

The Professional licence includes:

  • access to all Hint functions for every premises the user works with during a 12-month period
  • tools for collecting and managing documentation for multiple HI labelling processes

Each person who needs to edit or change information requires a separate licence.

Price: SEK 14,000 per user per year, excluding VAT

Hållbar Interiör offers training for organisations and professionals who want to understand the HI label or support others in working with the label.

Teaching materials for universities

Researchers at RISE have developed teaching materials that can be used as part of architecture and interior architecture programmes.

The materials are available free of charge to universities and other higher education institutions that provide Hållbar Interiör with an evaluation after using them.

Frequently asked questions

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

No. All prices on this page are stated excluding VAT.

Is Hint required for the HI label?

No. Organisations can use their existing procedures, systems and tools, provided that the documentation is relevant, traceable and suitable for verification.

Hint is an optional digital tool designed to facilitate inventories, climate data management, documentation and monitoring.

Does each user need a separate Hint licence?

Each person who needs to edit or change information requires a separate licence. Other project participants may be given viewing access in accordance with the terms of the relevant licence.

Is the plaque included in the HI labelling fee?

The final answer to this question should be added once it has been confirmed whether the plaque is included in the verification fee or ordered separately.

Will the prices change in January 2027?

RISE will publish an updated price list before Hållbar Interiör 2.0.1 takes effect on 8 January 2027. The HI labelling prices on this page will be updated when the new price list has been confirmed and published.
